If you were to die today and God judge you by the 10 commandments and you were found guilty of even one, God says you are guilty of all. And that anyone who hasn't obeyed His commands will have their place in the lake of fire. However, there is Hope! See that is why Jesus died for us, because we broke the law, the 10 commandmets. And even if we say we are good, God says that no man will get into Heaven by works alone. So, if you find yourself guilty of any of these, you should ask Jesus for forgiveness, and repent and turn away from your sin. So, any new believers tonight?

Before I give the wrong idea, yes following the Lord does have to come from the heart, otherwise it's false conversion. And remember Truth is still truth, nomatter if it's scary or not.

I am already a believer. I appreciate your desire to help those who don't know Jesus come to faith. I have often wondered if people that go around handing out tracts have any success. I wouldn't think so.
I think the best way to share your faith is by actions. If you are respectful and gracious to the people around you, going out of your way to be kind and caring, they will notice. If you are able to build an open relationship, they may be more willing to listen to what you have to say or even ask you how you can be so happy and peaceful.
Merry Christmas!

Actually, i'm not trying to get all up in your high hopes and how you probably feel really good about sharing the gospel, but i have to correct something you said. Jesus did die for us, but it isn't because we broke God's ten commandments. it was because all of the way back when adam ate from the forbiden fruit. when sin actually entered the world, that is why God gave us his deliverer, it is because we lost our place in heaven when we comited the very first sin, and Jesus pays for all of our sins up on the cross. But i am very happy with what you are trying to do, with sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. that is very powerful and wonderful that you are doing stuff like that. Keep On Preachin' sis.

That's right, if we all lived by works and to be basically good people, then what classifies us as good enough? I hope that a lot of people see your question! I have been a believer for many years and trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Jesus is our hope! ;)

I'm not a new beleiver, I've known God for many years. What I'm about to tell you might sound crazy but I really think sin is a blessing in discise.
With out sin, (the ten commandments) we have no way to prove our love for God. Let me explane.
When I was a sinner, and I still am, I was a slave to sin. when sin enterd in me I had no choice but to sin. But by His love and grace he has showen me that only by obediance in love can I prove my love for Him. Now that I am born again in the spirit I am no longer a slave to sin. When sin enters in I can cast it out as proof that I love Him. It's the only true way I can prove to God that I really love Him. Then he will bless me and comfort me in my disision not to sin. When I fall to my sinful nature I bring it to him as a sacrifice by His blood and ask for forgivness and guidance in not doing it again. Then He blesses me again and again. Not by works, not by anything we do can we gain his favor. Only by the blood of forgivness and our sacriifice of sin can we truly know and love him.

Every one falls short of the glory of God. Each and every person sins daily with thought alone. We need to ask his forgiveness each and every day.
I hope you do know that the lake of fire is the second death? No one likes to be scared into loving God. It has to come from the heart.

So, let me get this straight? I either feed God's massive ego, or be burned for failing to do so?
As a human, I can let go of a grudge. If my girlfriend and I get in an argument, we forgive each other. Apparently (according to Original Sin) God, not even in 6,000 years, cannot forgive one little sin. Why is this?

I'm innocent simply because the deity that handed down the 10 commandments doesn't exist and Jesus was a false prophet.
