Yes at least 4 percent more if you are drinking a european wine at up to 9 to 10 pecent more if you are drinking a Californian wine, but when you get into the 16.5 to 18 percentile, I don't think it is a standard wine anymore-but crosses over into a fortified wine.

Depends on the wines. Some red wines have a high contents of alcohol compared to some beers.

technically no because neither of them have any alcohal. As a rule, wine tends to have a high concentration of alcohol than beer but as with everything else, there are exceptions. I'm just razzing you

Yes wine does have more alcohol in it than beer does.

depends on the beer,there are some beers out there that are just as strong. keep this in mind.. every type of booze effects you different. wine buzz...beer buzz... not the same. be safe

there are also some brands of beer that have a higher alcohol content.... Keystone Ice has 4% alcohol to it
