Things aren't supposed to "move inside", so you should talk to your doctor if you're worried. There's not a good enough reason NOT to talk to him.
It may be a hernia, too. They're usually caused by pressure or straining, and can have a feeling of giving way. They're also really pretty painful, though.
The most dangerous aspect of internal bleeding is that by the time you notice a definate sign, you're in a severe danger zone.
If you have abdominal pain or tenderness, you feel achy all over, you're clammy, you're very pale, you're bruised, you can't focus, you get extremely dizzy, you pass out, and/or you have blood in your bodily waste, those are all signs of internal bleeding.
This is... ummm.... detailed, so if you have a weak stomach, stop.
"Blood" in your stool doesn't mean it is free-flowing blood. If you are passing stools that look a little like tar, it's probably bloody stools. If you wipe and realize it's red, black, or rust-colored, it's probably bloody stools.
I was in the hospital for internal bleeding a little over a year ago. I'm fairly certain it was a result of something that happened on a Thursday or Friday. By Wednesday, I was near death.

sometimes people have clotting problems after suregery or infection that may interfere with their clotting. So, it may not be that they're bleeding from one specific souce, but many. (cause the problem is clotting) Sometimes they can bleed from their internal surgery site, and the docs may have to open them up and take another look. Sometimes people can develop stress ulcers, and need medicine and sometimes an endoscopy (eithe upper or lower) to try and find the source of bleeding. Sometimes they have a chronic anemia , and just can't form blood cells quick enough. And, sometimes docs know their pt is loosing blood from somewhere and they do a 'tagged red blood cell study' to try to find it. So, there's many ways, sounds like maybe you have some questions you should talk over with a doc. Try writing them down before you do, (if you can) that way you won't forget to ask them all. Hope all works out OK

Symptoms would include pain (probably worsening upon moving), bruising, and blood present in the urine and/or faeces.
Any of these symptoms require an immediate visit to the doctor!
