If you just want a video, pick up a USB camera from Wal*Mart, Circuit City, or elsewhere. They install very easily and allow you to make a video.

It you really want to make a "montage", then you'll need to also get software that allows the assembling/editing of different video clips and still images and music. Several exist from not too expensive to very expensive.
