A 10 would be low. More like a 100% would be more like it. Bush is the most treasonist tyrannical president ever and has sold us down the river as a nation and single handidly caused the deaths of more people than Hitler by use of depleted uranium missles, bullets and bombs in afganistan and iraq all in our name. He is dispicable, evil and a murderer. Check out, www.infowars.com and www.thepowerhour.com and listen to GCNLIVE.com and see for yourself. Order their DVD's and you be stunned. Can you handle the truth? Share the truth you learn with as many other country men and women as possible. We need our country back and need as many with the passion for freedom as possible.

He gets a 4. Had he caught to his weapons on social protection and making the tax cuts everlasting, a 6. Had he spent extra time on the air marketing campaign in Iraq, as a replace of screwing around on the floor, possibly a 7. Had he vetoed the Patriot act, the Mcain-Feingold act, and the Mcain-Kennedy bill, an 11.

Since Bush is a politician, I'm going to say a 4 with 10 being highest scummiest slimebag of them all. I personally think the dude has some integrity, something Bill, Hillary, and Gore have never had. As for the latter bunch, a 10, 9, and 8, respectively.

Bush is undoubtedly one of our worst presidents yet. I don't know why Clinton's personal ordeal would bring more shame to a country than severing ties with vital nations to America, destroying any hope of establishing the Kyoto Protocol, among countless others.
Ask any foreigner what they think Bush deserves out of 10, regarding shame brought to the United States. IF you have a brain, you won't be surprised to hear what they say.

Ans. to part A: 2; he ain't bright enough to manage corruption. However, he'd go along with corrupt people like a dog on a chain.
Ans. to part B: 10; so much shame I don't know if we'll ever recover.
A neighbor of mine has a sign that says, "Bush: You broke it, you own it." :)
