yep, your thighs are rubbing together, and slowly burning the insides of your legs.

it happens to the best of us! i combat the issue by wearing nylons, or tight long shorts (sometimes spandex) underneith what i'm already wearing, i just make sure it doesnt show.

it went away when i lost a little bit of weight, but if i didnt wear those spandex shorts underneith whatever i tried to exersize in, while i ran, my legs would rub toghether so fast they would burn and then THEY WOULD BLEED!!!! OUCH!!!! it hurt really really bad. and it iched the same night too. my friend tried to tell me they were flea bites or a rash. i told her she was out of her mind. especially after i looked it up. DUH. i have ding bats for friends. but i still love them.

let me know if you need any other ideas! i'm always open! shoot me an email!

if you dont have time to excersize, you could see if a good multivitamin helps out. it might be just the thing your skin needs to help with being rubbed together a little more than normal.

Inner Thigh Discoloration

Weight does not have anything to do with the discoloration on your inner thighs, neither does complexion. The discoloration comes from how your legs rub in your upper thighs, not just when your walking but when sitting and such. the closer together your legs are in that upper area the more friction created to cause the discoloration. tight pants and under pants can also contribute to this discoloration. It's nothing health threatening unless it starts to turn the color of a deep bruise then i would seek the help of a physician. I also have this discoloration I've had it since I was a young girl and I weighed only 105 lbs at that time, so it truly has nothing to do with weight. Some woman just experience where there pelvic area and hips are smaller making the legs more closer together.

Yes, it is possible that your weight could be a factor, but I would tend to lean more towards a hormonal imbalance being a good possibility. Do you have children? Women that have given birth have pigment changes on their aureolas, vulvas, etc... This is also a possibility. Point is, it's you dear! We all have our own genetic predisposition, and you ARE the way you ARE! Brown spots, blue spots, or purple polka dots, i'm sure you are just fine ;-) Just accept your individual imperfections and understand that we all have them. Unless of corse you have an airbrush artist like all the fake supermodels have ;-) God Bless~ & Have a Very Merry CHRISTmas ;-)

Do you by any chance go to a tanning bed? It sounds as though you have too much pigment in your skin in this area and thats a very sensitive area because it doesn't see the sun much. If your that worried about it then ask you gyno at your next visit. It doesn't sound very serious to me but women tend to be pretty sensitive about that particular area of the body. so I would understand if it worries you alittle bit.

Yes it is from the constant rubbing together those chubby thighs do. Not harmful, just a thing that happens. I was an overweight teenager and had such rubbing that my poor thighs would be raw in the summer, especially

Bake a healthy breakfast before hand to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone on the run.

Baggy clothes hide one's body and encourage lounging around. So no matter if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to maintain you on track.
