Kevin, there is nothing you can do to make someone like you. But you can try and get to know her. Start with talking to her... Say hi and if you feel comfortable then start making conversation! You will soon know if she feels the same and if she doesnt... doesnt matter because you have gained a friend and no one can have to many of them !!! Best wishes

Learn this now and save yourself a lot of time, money, and pain:

You CANNOT make a girl like you! If they like you at first, you have a chance. If they do not, you may as well give up now. And any time you hear a woman mention that she likes you as a friend/brother, or she "isn't ready for a relationship", or she has a boyfriend, you should take that as rejection.

That said, you need to go right up to that girl (when she's alone, of course) and start chatting her up. Get her number and ask her out. If she stutters, she probably doesn't like you much. Don't worry, average guys only succeed about 10% of the time.

Anyway, you're a little young for dating at 13. Wait about seven years, four at a bare minimum.

Just be yourself and be nice to her. You don't have to try and go out of your way to impress her. Tease her a bit sometimes if you want, not in a nasty way, but a jokey way. Girls quite like that.

You can't really make someone like you. That's the problem, You can only be yourself and be open and give her little hints (not creepy ones). Sometimes guys will ask questions to the girl they like, but they'll do it in a non pesonal type of way by saying "I don't understand girls, why do they do this" (and pick something that girls do that you find confusing or amusing). She may laugh and say something back about boys.

But basically be yourself!! It's a difficult age when you hit your teens and very difficult for boys to know what to say or do when they like a girl. Girls at that age can be very silly as well and rather cruel sometimes (I should know, I was that way).
