12How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

16They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

17That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

18All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.

Absolutely not. These verses in Issiah are talking about Satan (Lucifer).
My understanding of these verses is that (contrary to popular belief) the earth was here long before humans were created on earth. These verses are referring to the fact that Lucifer was originally a cherished angel of God. God had given Lucifer the earth and many possessions on the earth (I won't get into all the bible verses that talk about this). Lucifer wanted more and thought he could be like God and thought he could even actually be God. So Lucifer and some of his "friends" (later known as the fallen angels) went up to heaven (from earth) to fight with God and try to overtake him. The bible tells us that, of course, Lucifer lost the battle. Then God kicked Lucifer out of heaven along with the fallen angels. Lucifer and his angels fell from heaven down to the earth. God at that time destroyed the earth (but the bible says that God did not completely destroy the earth) and all inhabitants of the earth that were alive at that time. (I won't get into all the bible verses that I read in the King James Version). Some time later is when we get to Genesis chapter one and verse two.

On the contrary - Lucifer was a created being who exalted himself.
As for Jesus: "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who although He existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to cling to, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man HE HUMBLED HIMSELF by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. (Philippians 2:5-8)
So you see that in fact they could not be more dissimilar.
Lucifer, later called Satan exalted himself and fell.
Jesus, though God, humbled Himself, and was exalted

Absolutely NOT !

The passage speaks directly about Lucifer. The "speaker" is God, i.e., in the fulness of the Trinity. Jesus would not speak about Himself that way. Jesus did not fall from heaven. He willingly came to earth from heaven and returned after the resurrection.

Considering Jesus of Bethlahem failed the prophecies of HaMosiach, and yet asserted that he and god were one... yes, yes it does describe him.

Jesus was of Satan, the Adversary, and Satan was the source of any of Jesus's powers.
