Ever hear the saying, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"? well it is the truth. You body burn calories as it is digesting food and breakfast is the most important one. think of your body as a fire place. if you pile the wood up and burn it all at once the fire will get hot but will burn out allot faster than if you would put small amounts of wood throughout the day. Take in five to six small meals daily to keep that metabolism burning calories all day long. plus if you start exercising, it will speed up your metabolism.

Well, I usually have long drawn out answers, but this is a relatively simple one. The best things you can do are get lots of fiber, plenty of aerobic exercise, and keep stable blood sugar (IE avoid sweets). That should pretty much do the trick.
I remember when working at McDonald's many many years ago, because of how active I was and how little sugar I took in, despite eating 4,000 calories a day, I was 5'8 and 135 lbs as a male. Just to throw that out there.

I heard eating 6 small meals a day speed up your metabolism, so does exercise. I wouldn't bother wasting money on pills, they are mostly caffeine.

I can think of two very simple ways: Eat smaller meals more often (5-7 per day) and do HIIT training (its 10x better then regular jogging/running). Dont eat carbs late in the day either, eat them earlier and eat protein and healthy fats (almonds, olive oil) later in the day. See sources for info on HIIT training....its great and takes half the time of regular cardio!

Exercise regularly and drink a lot of water. Also, coffee or tea but don't drink too much of either of those.
