Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Creole Spice Rub:
Total time: 38 minutes. The kicky spice rub for the steaks is easy to make, and the results are dynamite. The steaks need to stand for a few minutes after cooking to allow their juices to reabsorb. Corn Maquechoux (mock-SHOE) is a traditional Cajun side dish. You also can serve it as a chunky salsa over meat strips in soft tacos.
Creole Spice Rub:
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Remaining Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
Cooking spray
Combine mustard and next 7 ingredients (through black pepper); rub evenly over steaks.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steaks to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 steak)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aND45
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Seafood is a convention in our Italian relatives ( nicely 3/4 Italian! ) Shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, flounder with or over a effective linguine pasta in case you serve the pasta on the area, attempt it with garlic and olive oil. You saute the garlic in a skillet interior the olive oil ( 2 oz. for a lb of pasta ), on low warmth till the garlic is gently browned. Then drain the pasta and pour the oil and garlic onto the linguine and toss till completely mixed. remarkable in basic terms with grated parmesan cheese. greens on the area - Have a Merry Christmas! Buon Natale!

Try a standing rib roast (beef) but let your butcher know now though, same with a leg of lamb.... those are my two best offerings, both are easy to prepare, just a rub of your choice, both can be cooked to whatever degree you desire... I like both of these medium rare, but more well works. Good luck with your dinner.
