I personally think so, as long as it doesn't reach the point of arrogance.

I have to agree w the other answers. When someone has faith in themselves and their abilities, and it shines through, this is called confidence, and it is a very sexy, awesome quality for anyone to posess at all times.
However, when someone is stuck on themselves, and has the attitude that they are god's gift to women/men, this is HUGELY unsexy and just makes someone look unkind and insecure--this is called arrogance or conceit.

Confidence is sexy as long as it doesn't come across as arrogance or appearing egotistical. That is a turn off.

Sometimes it can go overboard and look cocky and self-centred. But I guess that can still be construed as sexy. Like beauty, it all depends on the beholder.
