My brother has found out that his partner has been up to stuff with another man, he asked her to leave, & she did; He has been grieving over this & i have been supporting him by staying over. She doesnt seem to be able to accept personal responsibility, so she hassles him & wont accept the fact that he doesn't want to be with her any more, he has had to pull out of a mortgage at the last minute; She also manipulates him, by putting guilt trips on him by bringing up pathetic past incidents, such as oh when we first met, after three weeks, you slept with another woman, trying to take emphasis off her stuff. Now she came round last night drunk to high heaven with one of her loud mouth friends demanded that I get out of the house that she paid the rent on, from money that my brother earnt for doing some work for her parents. This situation happened at 3:30 am, when my brother was in bed after coming home from a works do, drunk himself, so he was at his most vulnerable,

not to mention that her brother has been staying with them rent free, for the past 2 years, i had the 3 of them giving me loads of drunken verbal, as I dont drink, what can be done about this as my brother is a nice man & people seem to take advantage out of that. I dont want to involve myself, however, my brother needs support, I can see that she is a worm who does not truly care about him, only herself & her mouthy sponging brother,

Just to mention ,my brother was only dating her, & not actually in any type of relationship with her, when he slept with another girl, it was afterwards when they started to commit, & she lays claim to the fact that well if your dating me you should be commited, she has bought this up on numerous occasions in the past, then she turns round after four years and does this. he has also suffered from depression in the past

I know its hard to set back and watch this awful stuff happen to someone you care about, but he is a big boy he knows what he's doing. He's going to have to live and learn for himself.Just support his decision know matter what it maybe.

He might want to think about a restraining order if he is sure it is over. Drinking and fighting are a bad combination that can lead to some serious ****.

She sounds like a stupid attention whoring slag. Eventually she'll move on to bugger up someone elses life, just put up with it as best you can for now and ignore her as much as possible.

there is not much to do as just be there for ur brother and support him but just for as long as its good for u . its good to be there for our family but as i had also probs with my brother i had reached a stage where his problems become mine as they caused me problems with my family . i wanted to be there but somehow it was a devils circle with no solution . so i wished him good luck in his life and i turned back to my life .
i wish u all the best !
