No matter what a guy wears every day / regularly, there are some times where briefs work better. Running, under some suits, etc. Even if a lot of women prefer boxers or boxer briefs, this question is about the briefs:
Is there a difference between tighty-whities and something less childish possibly an improvement, like black low rise briefs from say, calvin klein or hugo boss? Or are they entirely the same and just as unappealing? Let's hear it.

personally.. i would much rather see something 'tight' on him than really big/loose boxers... i get to see what's coming.. more of a turn on.. the color don't matter.. but if they're white.. make sure they're WHITE... don't get any stains on them...

medically speaking boxers are better for a man. Briefs hold the reproductive organ and accessory organs close to the body and body heat. This is directly against what anatomy is trying to accomplish. Sperm production is much higher and at lower risk for mutation at lower temperature that is why the tunica dortis defused heat and sweats very well. The panpeniform plexus [spelling] also cools the blood flowing in by wrapping the incomming hot blood vessel around the outgoing cool vessel. A mans gear needs to be able to be free and breath to perform correctly.

Who gives a damn? Wear what's comfortable, except maybe in the bedroom -- and then don't wear anything painful. They don't know what it's like to have a pair of testes pinched, or knocking about. Ouch!!! I prefer boxers myself, but I can understand that briefs are better for some situations. Good night!

My sons both prefer those hybrid boxer/brief things. They are made of the same knit fabric as briefs but have the longer leg like boxers. They have a snugger fit than boxers--so they don't ride up when you are pulling your pants on.
Are they appealing to women? Must be. Their wives keep having babies like they are trying to single handedly repopulate the earth.

I like boxers or boxer briefs. grown men in regular briefs is a turn off especially if they're white ones! briefs are for kids.. I have small children and I even prefer to buy boxers for them!!!

I had to vote other ... it really depends on what I'm doing ... if I am running, Briefs, If I am relaxing, Boxers, If im going to the doctors ... commando all the way! :D

They make jock straps for sports. Boxers or boxer briefs are still better.
Some men just should not wear low rise briefs. Can you picture it.UGH!!!

I think the best underwear out there right now are the one's with pouches especially if you have big balls and all.. Give's them a comfortbale place to stay and breathe also keeps them from rubbing up on your legs while running and everything less chaffing occurs..
