Mental strain is probably what's wrong with you, though I'm not totally sure. However, whatever the problem is, I'm almost certain that this will cure it; this technique has even made brain tumors spontaneously disappear! Do it ASAP - It's called palming:
Place the palms of your hands over your eyes so that no pressure is put on the eyeballs but so they exclude all light from your eyes, crossing your fingers over your forehead. Now gently close your eyes. You might see swirling colors like gray and brown or maybe flickering lights, which usually means your mind is under strain. Relax all the muscles of your body and remember something seen perfectly. It can be anything, but all it has to be is a color, preferably black or white. Remember and visualize it in your mind as good as if you were actually looking at it. After a few minutes of doing this, all you should see is a perfectly black field, or nothing at all; no flickering lights or moving colors, etc. Keep palming for a couple more minutes or longer and just relax your mind, remembering the perfect black that you should see. Now open your eyes and remove your hands, and if done correctly, all pain and all blurred vision should be gone! It can also help to keep remembering (in a relaxed way - no strain should be involved in remembering) the perfect black that you saw before opening your eyes.
For further information on these techniques, click on the link below. I think you will find it very interesting!!
Hope you feel better!

What are you doing when they start? How long does the blurred vision last? Headaches after wards? Body aches? This could be a sign of many health problems. Migraines, anemia, conjunctivitis, seizures, sinus problems, brain tumors etc... See your doctor.

blurred vision and sharp head pains... i used to faint from that. i discovered that when i had those symptoms, i had an allergy AND was dehydrated. does it get better when u take benadryl and drink more water?
if allergy meds dont work, u might be subject to malnutrition. eat more fruits and veggies and drink lots of water...
^ those 2 work great; best advice? try water.

How is your vision? Do you wear glasses or contact lenses?
The same thing happens to me when I don't wear my glasses. Maybe you should get your vision checked.
