dude, if you can stick yer whole pinky up yer nose and still not reach it.... then you should likely try a different approach.
You need a 4 prong attack at this, so first. call a friend. A really good friend.
Use the longest finger on your hand, grease it up with butter (ALL NATURAL CURES!) And shove that little monkey up yer schnoz. Now do the same thing with your middle finger on the other hand- only this time stick the greasy apendage in your opposite side ear- as far as it will go- we are looking to cause pressure from the north and the south, the east and the west.
Now here is where your friend comes in. He does the same thing with the open nose and ear! now stick your entire head in the toilet bowl (full of water and whaterver else) and flush the sucker while blowing bubbles out your mouth!
Rinse and repeat!

mix some warm water and small amount of rock salt and sniff bits up your nose ever so gently. Before you know it a huge lump of snot will slide out like an oyster !!
