Ask yourself why you think that they will do that? Are the reasons true? If they are, then what is the reason to stop you from behaving the way you do? Change yourself, then they will not avoid you.
If it is not true, it may be your own perception. Your own fear will deter you from being yourself! You will meet someone who will not avoid you if you do not behave unsocially.

Be more sneaky in your approach. Maybe you make it too obvious that you are interested. Keep them guessing a bit more. Women love mystery.

you might be doing something wrong. thibk. are you too forward, pushy or are you laying it on just a little too thick? if its always then maybe there might be something wrong with how you treat them. ask them next time and they might help you.
