And he is mean to a ton of girls. . .but hes super nice to me

I was checkin out his myspace [nota stalker]
And he like another girl
He apparently like her a lot
And he even has a picture of her
on his page but I dont think she likes him
Cuz there not goin out

But Im pretty suree he likes me
Hes givin me all the signals. . .

I just wanna know if he likes this girl, does he not like me r wutt?

depending on what type of guy he is, some guys will only like one girl at a time and some guys can like many girls at one time. It sounds to me like you have the latter. Maybe, the other girl is his dream girl and you are the more physically attainable girl. (Not trying to be mean or anything.) Just telling it as it seems to be from reading what you wrote. Anyway, he proabably does like you, but I don't suggest you to tell him that you like him first. You could very much be the underdog in this situation so you need to have him make the first move.

I say flirt with him one day. Make him think you're all into him without literally saying it or admitting to it and then flirt with another guy the next day with a bit more suddlety and more reserved. You don't want your main guy to think you're a slut later on. Anyway, the message you need to get across to him is that you might like him but you have other options too.

To answer the posted question, yes guys can like multiple ppl at the same time. And i dont think he likes you. Since Myspace is usually more personal, i would think he prefers that girl. But since you say they are not goin out, i guess he could like you too. Sorry sweetie, but there is no way to know for sure. Gotta take risks.

Just because he has another girl on his myspace doesn't mean that he wants to be with her. Maybe he sees her as more of a sister... like a bestfriend... does he ever talk about her to you? If he hangs out with you, flirts with you... is showing all the signs, then I would say that he likes you. Its hard to say if he could really like two girls at once because you can never tell nowadays... guys are players... are you on his myspace? If so... are you his top friend? or is she ahead of you? Look for little signs that show they might like each other... does she leave him comments that suggest more than just a friendship... like saying she loves him or misses him, or wants to hang out... or like... 'I had fun last night' ... that kinda thing? If not... I would go for him before she does!

if a girl can like 2 guys at the same time, then a guy can definitely like 2 girls at the same time. I would bet he really does like you for sure, and i probably would ask him out.

but if you don't want to do that, you can just flirt and be yourself, and hopefully he'll ask u out.
