I play volleyball And the hitting involved is very technical it is not something that you can teach over the internet your best bet is to find a coach

yup real simple, go role around in the sand for a few hours, get realy sweaty, drink a few drinks, hang out with friends, thats as much as i know about it neways

They hit the ball to you and you hit the ball back to them....
