CUT OUT SODA, unless it's diet! A few summers ago, I walked about 1.5 miles a day, drank lots of water, and ate healthy-- not just salads lol Meat, no fried foods, more fruit. I lost about 10 pounds in a month. It's all about what resources you have available to you. It IS the holiday season though so you might want to wait until New Years, or at least after Christmas. Too many options for eating really bad stuff in the next week! Good luck and happy holidays!

You want to shoot for 2 lbs per week at most...so you can come close to your goal of 20 lbs but not quite. You need to eat smaller portions (try using a smaller plate for meals). When you exercise, don't run for 1 hour, do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for 20 minutes...its 10x more effective for burning fat! Google HIIT and you will see. DO NOT skip meals, especially breakfast. Be sure to eat healthy and avoid carbs later in the day (eat carbs earlier and eat protein and healthy fats later in the day). Eat 5-7 small meals per day, this will keep your metabolism up.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. The cost? You will need to PAY attention. Can you lose weight too fast?

Well, assuming you don't don't have English currency, you could change whatever currency you have into 20 pounds.

Once you have the 20 pounds, just drop it anywhere and walk/run/get away from it.

It might take you longer than 2 months.

20 pounds is entirely too much weight to lose in 2 months, not to mention.. If you lose it fast, you gain it fast. A healthy weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs. per week, in which you can achieve by healthy diet and proper exercise, such as cardio.
