I want to know if CT reports to MA. A woman from my insurance agency said from personal experience, they don't as long as you pay the ticket. I would rather pay the fine than to lose credits on my insurance for 3 years. Otherwise, a little input on the justice system in CT would be nice.
(82 in a 65) Nice officer, but wasn't that nice to let it slide like those awesome MA troopers.

As long as you did get a speeding ticket then that will go into the DOT system and any police officer from where you live will be able to check your past history (to check for speedy, etc)

Most States are connected now. If you don't pay, down the road you'll get a notice from your DMV that your license will be suspended unless you pay. You could also be arrested if you are pulled over in MA again for an infraction. You would be better off to fight the ticket and hope the Trooper won't show up. Dude, I wouldn't have let an 82 in a 65 slide either, pay it and slow down, it could save your life. Good luck.

In CA you can pay a nominal fine and attend traffic school (1 day in real life, a couple hours if you take an online traffic school course) and the tickets gets wiped off your driving record...

Check it out.. You'd have to arrange it through the Courts in the jurisdiction where you got the ticket... probably for that county.

Gotta love pcs.... you may guess that Mass will record your cost ticket to CT. in case you do not pay your cost ticket, Mass will ask CT to save on with via (fantastic, license suspension, arrest warrant, and so on.) Pay the fantastic and save a receipt!!!

It should only affect your insurance rate. However, if you don't pay the fine and/or show up for court a warrant could be put out for you in CT.
