real hard pinch. but it depends hw hard the poke is and with wad. i smts accidentally poke my self in the eye wit my fingers and its not tt painful, jus tt i wil blink(its like a natural reaction). it oso feels like theres smth in my eye eg eyelashes and my eye feels v uncomfortable
other than tt, i tink a real hard pinch is more painful since there maybe even b a bruise.

OK well from my past experiences a really hard pinch hurts worse...maybe i just have hard eyes...

im my opinion its definetly a poke in the eye cause it irritates your eye and it ends up stinging for a while.
