Im 14 yrs. old and I wiegh 150 lbs. and I still think Im to skinny to play football. What could I do to gain weight and get at a size i like but not obbese. Please don't send me any stupid and dumbell anwsers.Im asking this with the most sincerest concernes thank you.

My brother was 5'9 150 lbs and he played football and was really good at it too.But to gain bulk lift weight my brother has gained like 10 lbs of muscle plus that will keep you looking good and healthy.

no thats fine, depends on the position you would wanna be at. defensive you want to be a big guy with alot of endurance, offensive you want to be strong and fast. Big guy, eat a ton of protien and lift weights, try not to gain weight by the eat junk food type thing, you're only gonna screw yourself over when your older

depends 150-180 is a good weight, depends on how tall you are. Lots of meat, work out. Good Luck

You need to eat lots of bananas and water and work out. also drink about a cap full of white vinerger in a cup of water it helps bulid mussel and bone mass. trust me i started to do it and i gainged 26 lb and it not fat.
