I've seen windows that was altered to look different. How do you do this? What programs do this? I tried WindowBlinds and it didn't work. Are there anymore?

There is no reason why WindowBlinds shouldn't have worked. There is another option though... You'd need to replace the UXTheme.dll in your windows\system32 folder. You can download it from here - http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-Enhancements/Themes/UXTheme-Patch-For-Windows-XP-SP2-Final.shtml - and follow the instructions. Remember that you would need to download the themes as well from WinCustomize or similar sites.
