i wonder if you have already sought medical advice on your condition since dyspepsia for three long years is something to be looked into and probed further. honestly speaking you need to first know the offendind food that cause you dyspesia, eat light meals but frequently, and yes do not lie down atleast for 3 hourse after a meal. eat your dinner by 7 in the evening max. medicine like hydrogen ion receptor 2 proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole, rabeprzole, lansoprazole are considered best but non pharmatic restrictions help best in dyspepsia. hope this helps! wish you a speedy recovery!
