My hair is like a little longer than shoulder length and its like brownish with a little of a like almond/reddish tint..i think i want to get layers around my face but i'm not sure. I want the under layer black though, but i dont want to get it ALL black.i guess my style is sort of punk-ish and kindof emo[a little] , but not like extreme. and if i get the other layers different, i want them to kind of blend..i want something different, so what should i do?..PLEASE HELP!!

I would not suggest dying the underlayer of your hair a different color of the rest, since it can look really strange. Layers do work on most people (especially if your hair isn't too curly), but I would suggest going to a few [really] good hair stylists and asking them, but before actually getting the cut, ask some people that you know what they would think about it.

Layers are great it gives your hair more movement. As for getting hair layered toward your face it would depend on shape of face. I personally don't like the black colors, they are hard to change once you put them in, so think about this before you have it done. I did not think people were still doing this, but what do I know. You don't say what skin tone you are or eye color so helping with color would be hard. If you want something different, talk with you hair stylist and see what they suggest. Get some hair style magazines they can help a great deal. Just remember every hair style won't look the same with your hair. For instance if you have thick, curly hair don't expect to wear a stick straight style unless you want to commit to a lot of work. Talk with your stylist, that is your best bet.

I even have dark brown thick hair needless to say. whilst that's dark brown evidently healthful, vivid, and feels like I even have much less hair & thinner. Thats in basic terms an phantasm, type of like once you place on black clothing, you look thinner. when I get particularly blonde highlights throughout, evidently particularly thick, broken, and feels like I actually have a ton of hair and you will discover each layer and attitude. a million.) dark brown skinny hair doesnt look undesirable. 2.) dark hair wont particularly make your hair look thicker in case you have skinny hair to start with. There are alot of things available to make your hair look extra volumized which includes shampoos. additionally make certain you're taking a nutrition popular and devour suitable food. Your hair gets extra healthy.

Getting your hair cut should reflect on your personality. I would not reccomend getting it dyed black underneath because when you pull it back it might look discolored, but if you do not intend to pull it back, it might look cool. Framing your face with layers is a great idea, though. It adds interest. I know someone who dyed the top of her black hair red just from the scalp to about midway down. It looks really cool and she is sort of emo just like you said you would like to look. Hope this helped!

layers are always fun. i personally like extreme layers. if you want it to be emo/punkish then you should probably make it darker like black but if you dont want tht much then a darker brown and probably like bright red or someother unnatural color. if you want an unnatural color but dont want it to be like WHABAM then you can put a lay of the naturaler color over it. yeah i'd think thtd look rad

judging from the cartoon character you chose you hair must be of poor grade. i recommend that you shave your head and get a multicolored chinese dragon tattoo all over your skull. yeh, and put a big ring or bone in your nose.
