i have a huge pimple on the side of my nose, it's big, read and sore. but it doesn't have a white head so i can't do anything about it! is there any way i can make it get a white head by tomorrow morning!? i use proactive and this is the first pimple i've had in a while...does putting stuff that will make it dry out, create a whitehead?!

I would put a hot compress on it and then put an anti-biotic creme(Bacitracin,Neosporin) on it.by morning it should be a lot smaller and have a white head that can be popped(if you are not worried about a scar) or put more creme on it and in a day or two will be gone.

Likely not. It sounds like cystic acne, which is a viral infection that creates a hard nodule deep under the epidermis of the skin. They are very painful. If you have this, your doctor can prescribe acutane or some other penicillin for it. If you fool around with it, it may come to a head, but more likely it will just get sorer and frustrate you because it will get bigger. Eventually it will go away.

Get a wash cloth get hot hot water on it place it on your pimple keep doing that and when u get up the next morining do the same thing. Make sure that the water is HOT.. that should help it.

That surpassed off to me for a on an analogous time as... identity say proactive is a waste of money, what I did replaced into get cleansing soap and get your face damp somewhat and then placed various cleansing soap on the zits and basically enable it dry, it is going to dry out each and each of the airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust and stuff clogging your pores, then wash it off and try this regular till they're long gone. it regularly takes 2 days for mine to pass away doing this.

Your more likely to get a scar.
Put a hot compress on for 10 minutes it will help pull more fluid up to the area and it should pop.

Okay. What you need to do, is put some ice on it--make it get smaller. Then, just put some eyedrops on it. This will take the redness out. Just let it then go away on its own. And keep using your products! They will eventually help--don't worry.

No, but wash it, maybe pit lemon juice or other non-drying astringent, and drink any thing but alcohol to make the fluids kick in and do their job.

try putting rubbing alchohol on it
it will make it redder for a while but it will make a white head and you can pop it
i'd put a lot on like every hour and that should probably make a white head

use facial cleansers to dry out that pimple and to wipe out all possible dead skin cells
