We were nice enough to let her stay here as a roommate and she would pay a 3rd of the rent. but shes such a crab and she never does anything except wor for 5 hours here and there and sit on her butt infront of my computer and she never asked if anything is okay for her to do. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH please help me

if she is paying rent then this should have been an understanding before all this took place, try to get the three of you to sit down and work out a plan where it is fair to every one

Unless the house is yours you can't get her out because it's his mother and his problem. You should stay out of it.
If he feels as you do then he needs to have a talk with his mother and come up with a "move-out" date....then he should work towards helping her get her act together.
