Girls loose hair daily... After I get out of the shower there is a clump of hair on the drain (ewww, sorry) and my sister looses a TON of hair, its nasty... But, it's natural for girls... I know it seems like a lot of hair is falling out, but it's only like 30 strands of hair from all the 100,000,000 strands of hair...... but when the hair is lost it definitely grows back, its like a hair cycle... So don't worry, unless your loosing like a hand full or more

You are probably stress and you might have poor blood circulation, try to massage your scalp at least 5-10 minutes a day this will improve your blood circulation. Washing your hair twice a day is too much for your hair, let alone blow dry it. There is no product that could help you prevent it from falling. Just follow my suggestion and for sure it will stop.

Well, you could have that disorder, where your hair falls out. My sister has it, and when her hair falls out, she has to wear a wig. It can be caused by stress, poor diet, not enough exercise, or genetics. If you don't have spots of hair missing, I'd just stop washing your hair as much, go with every other day, and stop blow drying it for a while.

As for products, don't get anything that can strip your hair. Get things like Dove, or garnier fructice. They're pretty good, and they don't weight your hair down, so all of it washes out. Don't use any chemicals on your hair either, ie dyes, perms, straiteners, ect. Talk to a cosmatologist, or stylist about what you can do for your hair.

If you DO have patches missing, you need to find out what kind of doctor you need to go to, and talk to them about it. patches are never a good sign!

Do you dye your hair? Maybe thats it, but Im guessing because you wash it twice a day and blow dry it most times. It makes your hair thin, and it falls out. xD

YES! you're killing your hair doing that! if you shouldn't wash your hair every day because it washes away hairs essential oils to keep it healthy if i were you, i'd still shower normally but go with out washing for two or three days then give it a bood scrub and bypass the blowdrying

You could have a thyroid condition, or a vitamin deficiency. You should go see you doctor-hair loss can be a symptom of something.
Until then, don't wash your hair twice a day; unless it's extremely oily, that will damage your hair.

My boyfriend started losing his hair when he was about your age. It's mostly genetics. I heard if you start products like Rogaine before it all falls out you can save some of it.
