The food isn't what causes flatulence, it's the bacteria in your gut. In some folks, food that is more highly flavored, like onion, will make one's flatus more, shall we say, noticible? By far the worst I've ever smelled was while I was in Germany for three years, and we'd all go down to the lakeside and sit on the grass eating sausages and drinking good German beer. Man, beer f@rts are the worst!

Perhaps you have that mystery guy disease where you only have to fart around girls?
Try the Wiki on flatulence. Some serious talk about farts. If you are a fan of dick and fart jokes, ala Howard Stern, this is actually funny. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flatulence
A quote: "A small amount of solid or liquid fecal matter in fine particulate aerosol form may also be expelled, and included, along with flatulence."

You are eating lot of highly refined and processed foods there my friend! Most of these are very difficult to digest and hence they hang around in the bowel longer, fermenting and having increased bacterial growth which gives off a lot of gas, as this accumulates in the bowel eventually it is emitted the only way it can be, as a huge stinky fart! You need a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables, they are digested more quickly and are better for you. Giving you a healthier diet and a healthier bowel with less gas! But do remember a bit of farting is normal for us all!

High fiber foods, carbonated drinks, undigestible carbohydrates.
Do not smoke or strike sparks within 15 feet of me after a nice plate of refried beans washed down by a cold cerveca. Mmmmm
