the smart one . because if they are smart they will know how to exersize and get healthy again. but the stupid one will just not care and get fatter and eventualy they will switch places

They're both equally bad. But I would personally want to be healthy and stupid. Because, like, there's a ton of blonde (no offense but blonde as in, stupid) celebs out there that are very healthy and everybody LOVES them. Just take away the troublemaker part and I'm in. :)

I would need more information to answer this one but one thing that caught my eye was, "What's more better?" You can ask What's better? but more better is redundant and bad diction. Sorry, it's just a pet peeve.
Just off the cuff, I would say that being a trouble maker is not a good thing healthy or not.

healthy but stupid. They can become smart if they study, but sometimes, people can't make themselves become healthier. If that was possible for everyone, there wuldnt be so many deaths.
