Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur (the High Holidays) and Passover. These three are most important because they are the only ones specifically mentioned in the Torah.
The exact dates vary from year to year. However, Passover is always in the spring, around the same time as Easter, and Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur are always in the fall. These two are always ten days apart and usually fall in September or October.

Well the two really big ones are Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana... the dates change every year because they go by a different calendar.
