This seems to be a favorite chew thing among dogs. Some of the beds are made of thinner/easier to destroy materials.
Most pups/dogs love stuff animals to play with/destroy. Pet stores make a fortune off them!! We load up at dollar stores, Goodwill, etc. Throw them in the wash first, if used. Remove anything that might be dangerous. DO NOT get the kind full of little beads!
I let mine choose a favorite out of the pile. 1-2 at a time and save others for later. Better to play with/destroy these than shoes, furniture, beds, etc.
If you see her messing with her bed stop her with a firm no nonsense command and offer the stuffed animal instead. Then offer praise for playing with what YOU want. Possibly take away the bed for a time until she gets used to her new toys. Some of my pack never destroy their toys, just play. Others go thru their toys quickly. Make sure you allow toys outside, throw them for her, plenty of exercise to keep down boredom.

You should get her some chew toys, because dogs love to chew and bit when playing. That way, she won't notice her bed.

probably cuz my dog taught her to do it.My dog chews everything!!!!!! I have to watch her constantly. She has even chewed up a huge hole in my kitchen linoleum.
The funny thing is I can get my kids to pick their toys up just by saying that if you dont pick that up right now and put it in the toy box the dog will get it :-)

Maybe she plain hates her bed! Get her a nicer one.
LLBean has some primo dog beds. I wanted one for me
but they don't make them big enough.
Also, get a bed that smells good to the dog--and for goodness
sake, take her out and let her play./ She's bored out of her
mind.

My dogs did this to our couch, loveseat, my bed, and my daughter's beds. AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
I broke them of it by spraying lysol REALLY heavily on everything they were chewing on that they weren't supposed to. I did this every day for a bout 3 days and then they quit completely. I guess they didn't like the smell or the taste of it.

She's a puppy? She'll get over it in a few months. Don't replace it until she's done with her chewing phase.

your dog needs a chew toy, and possibly more attention.
Another possibility is that your dog is trying to amuse you.

oh, that's exactly what my puppy does! My mom gets mad, but I think it's cute. She's probably bored or hungry. You should feed her or play wit her. She will only do that like 3-4 times, because then they get bored.

My Great Dane used to do this when he was being babysat at Grandma's house. I think it was out of boredom and wanting that special attention.
