MAME on MacMAME?

Is it possible to run MAME roms on MacMAME?

Not sure. The ROM's are binary code compiled for the specific hardware they were designed to run on. MAME being an emulator decodes the ROM's. It could be that the ROM's are not platform dependant in their encoded compiled form.
