wow, at this age range there is a tremendous difference as to the eyes of the court. a nineteen year old boy having a relationship with a 14 year old girl can get ugly. there is a statutory regulation that if sex is involved the 19 year old male can and in most cases is charged with statutory rape, not a good thing to drag around with for the rest of his life. at the age of 25 and 21, go for it. my advise, go out have fun life your life as a child as long as you can. you wont be sorry later on if you stay out of the physical, I realize that this is not always easy, but take a cold shower, that really never works for me, but do it anyway

Is it illegal to date? No. Is it illegal to have sex. Yes! Most states allow consensual sex now if one partner is under 24 and the other is 16 or over.

In some countries (The USA being one of them), it is considered illegal, since one of you is under 18. Check out the laws near you.

They call that Statuatory rape or lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor. That's good for a few years in the sin bin, not to mention he would be a "Sex offender" Break that off while the gettings good.

If your parents are OK with it, then it's legal.
If not, he could end up in jail.
Wait until you're 16 or 18, then you won't have parental pressure anymore & it will be legal.

yes it does matter as long as someone turns him in but i went out with a person older then me before and nothing happened but im not saying nothings going to happen
