"Du jour" in this context is a last name. Other people can have "Beauséjour"; "Pointdujour".
But in another context, when you have du jour it can mean of the day. Exemple, menu du jour:menu of the day.

Du jour means 'of the day'. You see it in restaurants, for example, where they have a 'soup du jour'. That means it's different every day. You will also see it in ice cream parlors, where the is a flavor 'du jour' - something that is featured for that day.
It isn't a name. If it were a name, it would be Dujour (all in one word) but as long as it is two separate words, it means 'of the day'.
