Tell him that you did something that you regretted and felt too embarrassed to tell him but that doesn't give him the right to hide things from you, it's not about getting even. If he wants to salvage the relationship now is the time to be open and honest and start fresh.
Personally I would wonder if he's using this as an easy way out of the relationship, why else would he have to lie or be secretive about the conversation unless he knows it is wrong. Don't get hung up on this guy, life is too short to settle, if you wait too long the good ones will be gone.

Well, besides wishing I had a cam to see the kiss, but time to be serious. Most guys would love to see their girl kiss another and then have a 3 way. But you merely kissed her and now regret it. The point is you are still with him, bottom line. A kiss is harmless he should be glad it didn't go further. Just apologize if you wish, but ask him how and why he's chatting to the other girl. Ask him why he's talking to her. I sincerely hope this helps and things work out well. Take care.

Your boyfriend is wrong. There was nothing wrong with you kissing another girl once. Don't let your boyfriend put a guilt trip on you.

tell him! try to explain to him that you were just curious. I know he probably will blow it off, but if he loves you he will listen and try to understand.
We are all naturally curious, that's human nature, but we aren't always so understanding about it.
I wish you the best, and hope that everything works out!
