I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know it must hurt more not being able to say goodbye.I've lost a few Dobermans over the past 25 years. I do not live in Texas, but you could possibly go to puppyfind.com and put in breed and location. There are ratings on this site from other buyers so you can pretty well tell how others are satisfied or not.I wish you all the best and hope you find a Dobie. Good luck and Merry Christmas.

My answer is serious, only it won't be of any help to you in finding a puppy. Just wanted to say I feel for you and understand missing a beloved pet. I had a sweet pit bull (no, they're not all vicious child-killers) that I had to have put down because of heart worms. That was YEARS ago, but I still miss him. His name was Gator and he was the best dog I ever had the privilege of knowing. Good luck in your search, and Merry Christmas!.

I'm so sorry about your boy! Dogs are like our children. I have two of my dogs ashes that I moved with me from Cali to MO. They will go in the ground with me. Have you checked for local breeders or Doberman rescues? That's good place to start.
