How do I get over my incredible shyness around cute girls?

You should try finding a girl that you can be friends with. Aproach her with just friendship in mind and build up a relationship. Just get to know her and then you'll be more comfortable around girls in general, having a friend that's one. You don't even have to date girls to get to know them, it's not all about that. I know that, as a fourteen-year-old girl, most of my female friends are more interested in hanging out and talking than in dating. That doesn't mean that we don't kiss guys or hold hands or cuddle and hug but you don't really need to be dating for that. It's much more fun to be casual. If you really want a girlfriend though, just try to get to know a girl and take things from there. The most important thing: never lie. About anything if at all possible. It's ok to tell her that you don't want to tell her things, like how many girls you've been with and whatnot, but it's not cool to lie! Keep it real, be yourself, and get to know her. Have fun!

Just don't try to impress - act yourself. Also try talking to girls that you don't find attractive or that you do not consider a candidate for dating. When you talk to the cute ones concentrate on the conversation more than how cute the girl is. When talking to a cute girl, pretend you are talking to one of your regular girl friends. Also you make it sound like the reason you haven't had a girlfriend yet is because you are shy around the cute ones. What about the less cuter ones? Girls don't have to be cute to make good girlfriends. And don't worry, there is nothing wrong with not having a g/f yet. I am 16 too never had a bf but that's cause i don't want one all the guys like me but i just ignore them. Anyways if you are trying to ask too how to get a gf be talkative girls like talkative guys they do not like shy guys cause they are too hard to talk to. Try to Ignore that shyness and be more out going! Also try to be your self don't be someone you aren't. Go up to the cute girl cane try to be friends then when you like them then just try to ask them out cause if you are your self i am sure a lot of them will want to date you.

All you have to do is be confident in yourself.

Just try introducing yourself to a cute girl, talk to them for a while and get to be their friend. Once you do that talking to all girls will get easier.

You'll never get out of your shyness if you don't make that big leap, trust me.
