Here's a dessert one that's pretty good! Quick and easy and always a hit. Make it the night before.

Sweet Snowball (dessert cheeseball)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small bag coconut

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Add vanilla and 1/2 cup coconut.
Shape into ball & chill.
Roll in remaining coconut.

Serve with cinnamon and/or chocolate graham crackers
