It doesn't "make you fat," but it doesn't help you lose weight either.
A recent study showed no difference in weight loss between people who drank regular soda and those who switched to diet soda. (Those who switched from regular soda to water actually did lose weight, however.)
Since diet soda contains no calories, it seems counter-intuitive that it would be no different than regular soda in terms of weight gain or loss, but there you have it.

Diet soda won't make you fat...but like me it makes some people more hungry after drinking it... so for me it's like ok I drink diet but if I do I'll eat twice or 3 times as much as If I were to drink a regular soda...

No. But drinking a couple of glasses of regular soda everyday at 150 calories a glass will make you gain about 30 pounds a year.

Si senior, but if you have a high metabolism, it couldn't matter because metabolisms are the speed of rates to burn fats or calories.But diet soda maybe not, but their some type of sweaters that make it Sweet that some studies says that it can cause cancer.

i guess if thats all u drink and eat unhealthy stuff to but diet soda (all brands) and a lot of other products (read the labels) have something called aspertame the increases your risk of getting leukemia (a verrrrrrrry verrrrry bad type of cancer, the worst or at least in the top 3)

yes, but indirectly, artificial sweeteners do not register as calories and your body continues to be hungry, then, when you eventually eat something that does have calories your body will crave more because of that experience with sweetener, you will think it takes more calories to fill you up than it actually does.

I doubt it. After all, it is diet. The rumors that it gives you cancer are totally not true either.
However, it can be damaging to your teeth if you constantly drink it...
