LOL
I had a visual of you in the shower with your cat.
I am wondering how much skin you have left on your legs. LOL
Thanks for the chuckle!

Well, don't put your cat IN the shower when the water's running, silly! My cat loves the shower... she comes running whenever it gets turned on and she chases the water drops from outside the door, then licks the shower floor when I'm done showering.
My other cat I used to have HATED water of any kind. Wouldn't come near the bathroom when someone was in the shower.

My cat loves going into the shower after someone has taken a shower and he licks the water off the shower floor. He has also tried to come in the shower when I was taking a shower.

Most cats hate water. Baths or showers.
However, if you start them very young, some cats will enjoy bath/shower time. I had a cat growing up that would jump in the shower/bath with me. She didn't liked getting washed, but she loved to play and swim in the water.

I have two Bengal cats that love any kind of water. They love the shower the bath and all sinks. When they are in the shower they stand there and just lick the streams of water coming down. The fact they are getting soaked doesn't even bother them. Bengals are a mix between an Asian Leopard Cat and a Domestic cat.
They are more like a dog than a cat. They cry to go for a walk on their leash. (They drag it out and set it in my lap just in case I can't get the hint from them sitting by the door and meowing over and over.)
Oh yes, they even play fetch. I love my boys! There names are Zephaniah & Sebastian :O) Yes I spoil them.....

Yes! My female cat loves jumping in the shower. Had to keep her out of the bathroom when the shower is going so she won't get wet since we don't like to keep the heater on when we're asleep or when we all leave for the day--but I don't want her getting cold. So, no more showers for her (except occasionally on weekends in the summer). I had another cat (has since passed on) who loved jumping in the bath with you (so he too had to be kept out of the bathroom if the bathtub was in use). Out current boy cat freaks if you just get a little drop of water on him (kind of looks like a cartoon cat, hair just pops into full fuzzed out and he goes careening off away from the water like it's hurting him or something).

My cat doesn't necessarily like the shower, but he HAS to be in the bathroom when I'm taking a shower, it's like a kitty sauna for him, I always get out and he's asleep on the bath rug in front of the tub, he loves it, sometimes if he's brave he'll get up on the ledge but that very rare.

My cat is fascinated by the shower when I am in it and likes to lick the wet tiles after I get out. She won't go in with the water on though. She also sits on the side of the tub when I am in the bath. I guess she just doesn't get the whole wash yourself with water thing.

My cat does this besides. each from time to time she'll cover lower than the mattress, interior the closet or maybe interior the bathe stall. Cats are curious creatures, and favor to experience secure. Many cats like small, tight areas to cover because they locate it comfortable. some cats are also very drawn to water. We positioned some warmth water in a sink and my cat will leap onto the counter and splash her paws in it and drink it off her paws. there is not some thing to be stricken about see you later as you dont see a replace in habit or severe seclusion. desire this facilitates :)

Most of my cats will tolerate a little water, but aren't fans of bath time (probably because they had so many baths as kittens...they're persians and if you own one, you know what I'm talking about). But anyway, we have a kitten that is soooo fascinated by running water, but wants nothing to do with getting wet. All cats are different though.
