Try Aveeno, you can find it with the lotions at most Walmarts or any department store. try not to purchase it at a grocery store at it does costs more. I would buy the smallest bottle, they have a few different types so try to get the most gentle, should clear up that upper lip overnight, and it smells quite good also.
Once you try this stuff you won't want to buy anything else for whatever dry skin areas you have. I love it.

Apply a dab of petroleum jelly to clean dry skin, it will work wonders.

make a mush out of carrot and let it sit on ur upper lio it will feel cool and it help let it sock in 1 hr is the best
