YES, This should give the chops good flavor. the herbs and garlic will break down the fibers in the meat and make it nice and tender

Yes it will be great! make sure you put it in a ziploc or container with a lid, and put it in your frig. NEVER leave it sit out. we like to do ours in hot pepper jelly over night. just smear it all over the chops. then throw on the grill. or can bake in the over, in one of those oven bags. hope this helped

Sure it will, you're actually marinating it... I use herbs, a little lemon juice and a touch of olive oil... bake or grill they will be great.
