I am trying to lose weight. Any tips on how to????? And what is are daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for a 13 year old trying to lose weight. HELP!!!!

1st off, dont stress about your weight. all you have to do is work at it. run like crazy and join sports teams. I suggest one thing that can make the losing of the weight easier. itunes has many workout songs. trust me they make you get up and move. i dont like diets personally & with all the holiday parties & what not coming up, i just run and play sports. you can try line drills, you run line to line to line etc... best of luck :-)

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Eat balanced meals. You could get your school nurse or health teacher to help you with that.

Exercise!!!! Get outside and play. At your age, that should be all you need to do. Don't just sit in front of the TV or computer when you get home from school. Join a sports team. You could also talk w/ the PE teacher about things to do.

Eat a lot of snacks such as fruits, eat grains if you are going to eat like breakfast eat wheat grain bread and those margarine (non fat of course) and eat well first of all did you ever seen those healthy rice and chicken breast thing, good and not that much calories!eat that as dinner, don't eat that much sweets and junks, eat a healthy lunch, don't skip meals, don't drink soda after 4 PM and I hope you loose weigh!
