Depends on your meaning of the word Regular.

Everyday I see a friend tuck into a massive bag of crisps, he regularly does this so his regular bag maybe has a small potato in it. I also see a lot of people regularly tuck into smaller bags which hold not a lot.

If you look at the weight on the bag it generally says however many grams it has in it, then think how heavy an average potato is - a gentle bit of brain work will tell you there are not many potatoes in a bag.

Regular - Like clockwork.

I would say only 1/2 - 1 potatoes depending on the size of course. That is in a small packet of crisps.
