If you want to lose the weight I suggest talking to your doctor about health and nutrition and starting a walking routine start with half a mile the first day and every other day for the first week then every week increase by half a mile till your walking 3 to 5 miles every other day which ever is most comfortable but keep it at a level you will stay with. If you feel pain STOP and check with your doctor. This is just a start, hope it helps. Also fast on Mondays and Thursdays.

Oh.. its time for you to lose weight bro~
I believe that you dont wanna tease or insult by people due to your overweight size! I used to be very fat too & i always got tease & insult by either friends, relatives or strangers on the street.. Later then i decided that i should do something with it so i exercise alot but still doesn't work when a friend introduce Herbalife products to me & it really changes my life.
I become a very cheerful & worry free person now! Although i'm slim now, i still continue to consume herbalife products because i love it so much...

How tall are you? You might wanna get your thyroid checked that can make you gain alot of wieght. Also you might be jsut going threw a growth spirt. Talk to your doctor about it. Also what are your eating habits like? Good luck to ya and happy hoildays...

If you can run fasty become a football player preferably at that size a tight end or wide reciever. could possibly even be a halfback. still too light for a defense position
