aloevera...extract..its natural...and will also make the dandruff go away in mins....also a god conditioner...
with warm water...
hot water will cause the dry danduff skin to burn more...
cold will not be more effective!

Luke warm water. If every thing fails try lemon juice. Apply it without dialuting it on your scalp after half an hour shampoo with mild shampoo. It works wonders though a little messy.

i would say use head and shoulders twice a day and if you have sensitive hair use it one a day. I had dandruff and i did the same thing.

Head and Shoulders..it is actually not as corny as it sounds. They have improved the formula and if you use it everyday for two weeks your hair should be in better condition...if not go to a dermatologist. that is your best bet.

also a little know fact is that you can use your favorite shampoo when you have dandruff by dropping an aspirin in it.
