I have been in 2 motor vehicle accidents and for the past 6 years I have been living in chronic pain.
I have been diagnosed with everything from fibromylgia, to chronic pain disorder, to maybe I am crazy.
It is so hard to deal with this. I also have arthritis in my spine and a crushed disc. But the pain is everywhere, especially at the end of the day. And I am so exhausted and weak all of the time.

First thing: Buy a copy of the used book, DLPA for Chronic Pain and Depression. Follow to the letter.
Second thing: Find a place called Center IMT. I think the url is www.centerimt.com They are miracle workers with pain, and apply quantum physics and myriad alternative therapies to the practice of physical therapy and REHAB. Sharon has written many books in print on AMAZON. Amazing work!

If you do these 2 things, you should be feeling better within 1-3 months.

In the meantime: yoga, breathing and mind control are critical. OK, here is the deal, self-hypnosis works. Peggy Huddleston has a great book, tape and CD with guided imagery and relaxation.

Bach's Rescue remedy is critical
ARNICA and check out a book on amazon Homoepathy for Musculoskeletal Disorders. Find a homeopath and work.

However, if you go to Center IMT, you'll find everything you need there AND MORE!
I have had positive experience with pain in back since 1999 with them. They have the experience to manage severe pain and even use these cool patches for pain with batteries and homeopathic remedies. Very cutting edge, and perfect for someone like youself who is sensitive to your body and in need of healing.

Best to you --
