Spirit is like God, but not as a "someone, somewhere"... spirit is what all of us and all things are... all are One.
"Spirituality" therefore refers to being aware of oneness. Beliefs play no part, they just get in the way.
A true "born again" has died while alive. Separate self is erased, allowing them to perceive in a new way...
Hardly any person alive today realizes what they are. Spirituality, then, is the quest to answer this question.

They can be spiritual in a pragmatic way. Cleansing the soul and body with meditation. Being religious and being spiritual are two different things.
