very important, i have medication that is in spanish but i need to know what it says in english!!

There are plenty of websites that translate. Freetranslation.com, google translation, Babelfish... the drawback is that they all SUCK for anything complex. You'd be better off finding a real person to translate for you.

And I'd be happy to try and help you if you don't have anyone else handy. :)
